It’s Half Time for the Year!

No doubt you started the year with great plans and high expectations. You probably set some important goals for yourself. And that’s to be commended.

So how are you doing? Are you 50% of the way to achieving your goals? If not, WHY not?

In a football game, most of the points are usually put on the board in the second half, not the first. It’s mostly due to a sense of urgency. The clock is winding down. Time is running out.

And it may be that way for you in the final two quarters of this year.

But ONLY if you recommit to what you want to achieve. If you give up or let off on your commitments, the last half of the year won’t be much different than the first half.

How about revisiting the goals you set in January? Maybe set some new ones. And challenge yourself to get things done.

That way, when the holidays roll around, you can look back on Q2 and Q3 as ones of accomplishment and triumph. And when you write out your end-of-year summary (you do that, right?) you’ll feel great about all the success you achieved, all the value you created and how you made a substantial impact on your best life.

Set some time aside in the next 3 days to plan out the rest of the year. You deserve it. You can do it. I know you can.
