One of my favorite definitions of a leader is someone who can clearly articulate what’s already in the hearts and minds of the people.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. certainly did that with his “I Have a Dream” speech. His words and his conviction were unmistakably evident. From that point on, it was inevitable that segregation would end and that ALL Americans would one day be seen as equal.

His dream was big—one that many thought to be impossible—at least in our lifetimes.

So what’s your dream? Maybe it’s not as big as Dr. King’s.
