Dawn Angier is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and delivers both desktop and technical training with over nine years of training experience. She also develops database solutions, working with clients in the critical planning stage or developing new database management systems. Dawn has a natural ability to translate complicated computer terminology into a language that’s easy to understand. Her students often comment on how patient and clear she is, even when teaching a difficult programming concept. Her delivery is down-to-earth and entertaining, encouraging her students to have fun while they learn. When Dawn is not in the classroom, she enjoys working with her husband Michael on a variety of projects in SuccessNet. She is a contributing writer to SuccessNet’s publications and creates brochures and newsletters for upcoming events, such as their World Class Business™ Conference.
